About Nicole Smith, MSW
I started my journey to EVOLVE while working as a Guardian ad Litem, representing children in the foster care system in case management meetings and court. I loved this work so much I went for Masters in Social Work from the University of South Florida. I interned with Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater, FL and worked with patients with addiction, dementia, and spent sometime with Hospice. Upon my graduation in 2014 I went to work in community mental health where I learned to treat clients from all different backgrounds with many different mental health disorders. But it wasn't until working for a small private practice in Naples that I began to feel confined as a therapist. I wanted to do m ore, I wanted to give more to my clients. They deserved it & they needed it! That's when I discovered coaching (angels singing). I finally had the freedom to walk WITH my clients through obstacles. Coaching is my passion, when you work with me you feel the difference.
